February 12, 2020 | Proposed accessory living area ordinance with incorporated edits from public hearings and a positive recommendation from the Planning Board. In addition to the proposed ADU ordinance, submitted requests include a tax exemption tied to the creation of affordable ADUs and support for a loan pool that would cap rents in an affordable manner.
